Bridges
The Iconic Smiles dentists create bridges by reducing the teeth on either side of the missing tooth or teeth, these teeth are crowned and an artificial tooth is creatted to fill the gap. The artificial tooth is secured to the adjacent teeth to hold it in place. The crowns and artificial tooth are created to replicate the size and shape of your original teeth.

Crowns
Iconic Smiles are very experienced in crowns which is a type of dental restoration which completely caps or encircles a tooth or dental implant. Crowns are often needed when a large cavity threatens the ongoing health of a tooth. They are typically bonded to the tooth using dental cement. Crowns are often used to improve the strength or appearance of teeth.

Inlays & Onlays
These are more conservative than a crown. Inlays and Onlays are two methods of restoring normal tooth structure after decay or other damage. Inlays and Onlays are known as indirect fillings because unlike a standard filling that is done at a dentist’s practice. Both are made in a laboratory and cemented or bonded to the surface of the tooth during a second visit to the dentist. Inlays and Onlays strengthen teeth.

Veneers
A veneer is a thin layer of restorative material placed over a tooth surface either to improve the aesthetics of a tooth or to protect a damaged tooth surface. There are two main types of material used to fabricate a veneer, composite and porcelain.
